Everyone has suffered at one time or another from a headache. While they certainly aren’t fun, they typically aren’t poor. On the other hand, migraines are much more severe. Using aromatherapy for relaxation will reduce the pain of migraine and acts as a headache relief so that you continue your day productive.

    Difference among migraine and headache

Headache pain usually comes from tight neck or around the head muscles , nerves, or blood vessels. It is interesting to note that there are many types of headaches.

Adults usually get what is known as tension headaches that compress us around the eyes. Although tension headaches may be unpleasant, they do not usually stop people from working, studying, or any other task.

Heat, stress , poor posture, mental or physical stress, anxiety , and fatigue can cause tension headaches.

Migraines are a different kind of headache. Some claim that migraines should be classed as a brain condition rather than as a headache. They are usually described as intense throbbing on one or both sides of the head.

Most people with migraines typically have some kind of migraine family history. Doctors say, however, that environmental factors can also contribute to the development of migraines.

Migraines are intensely unpleasant, but typically do not endanger life. They can however make it very difficult for people to work and usually go around their day.

    Migraine Causes

The migraine causes are not fully known. Researchers have found that certain medications can cause migraines. Birth control pills are an example of this. Studies have shown that she can suffer from an estrogen withdrawal which can cause a migraine at the end of a woman’s cycle.

Stop Headache causes and other treatment options

Avoiding things that trigger your headaches can contribute to reducing the number and intensity of headaches. You will discover some of the most common triggers in this short news segment.

If you keep records of what you eat , drink, or experience before your headaches, your triggers can be identified. Some factors can be avoided while others (like the weather) can only give you a clue when considering starting essential oil treatment. Other common triggers listed below can be tackled by adding or changing lifestyle habits.

    Weather

You can’t do anything about the environment, you can’t switch to another place. If warm weather or decreasing barometric pressure triggers your headaches, watch the prediction, and consider a preventive strike with frankincense or lavender oils.

    Eating

This is a growing cause over which you control. Common food triggers include fermented foods such as alcohol and aging cheeses; nitrites, such as bacon and other processed meat, aspartame-sweetened foods, including dietary soda and other dietary beverages, and chocolate.

    Fluctuations of hormones

Women may have more migraine headaches before their period begins when the level of estrogen falls. Women undergoing menopause may also experience more migraines.

Although headaches are painful, your hormonal changes protect your structure from cardiovascular disease and your skeletal structures. For these and other reasons, it is recommended that you never take hormone medicines to save time. The intensity of these headaches can be reduced by jasmine oil.

    Exercise Training

Headaches which result from exercise are called headaches and most often occur in people who do not exercise frequently. When you consistently exercise, your potential for migraine relief is significantly reduced.

    Freeze brain

These short-term headaches occur when cold reaches your mouth ‘s roof. Sudden, sharp and intense headache. Stop eating the cold food and warm up your mouth to counteract the effect.

    Deprivation of sleep

Lack of sleep quality affects your ability to withstand stress in your life and thus increases your risk of stress headaches. If you sleep for less than six hours, your risk of a greater number of headaches may increase.

To develop good sleep habits, think about “Want a good night’s sleep, as suggested in my previous article? Then never do these things before bed. “Both lavender and chamomile oils will help you relax and fall to sleep easier.

    Deficiency in vitamins

Some vitamin deficiencies have good scientific evidence that raises the risk of migraine headaches, including Magnesium, CoQ10 and Riboflavin and Vitamin D. Researchers found that participants with low levels of vitamin D had an increased risk of headaches frequency.

In insulin resistance, diabetes, cardiovascular health and the trigger of an increased number of migraine headaches, magnesium deficiency can play a part. In CoQ10, riboflavin and folate deficiencies are linked to an increased risk of migraine.

While essential oils may help reduce immediate pain, if vitamin deficiency is a consequence, it is important to address the underlying reasons for your headaches.

    Light Blue

You probably know that your pain is worse if you are exposed to light if you suffer from migraines. Researchers have found that sensitivity to blue lighting, one wavelength within the entire spectrum of light, enhances discomfort and stimulates the trigeminal nerve of migraine pain.

Another research showed that exposure to green light during migraines decreases light sensitivity and pain perception. Glasses blocking blue light can reduce your pain. You can use Spectro Chrome glasses or colored filters for exposure to green light.
