Basically, these systems allow you to capture information about those who sign up to receive your information. Then, you will be able to mail out that information to those who you believe would be a good fit for your business. Not only does this allow you to get the information you need for your campaigns organically, but you can also tailor them to the specific characteristics of your market.

    The most important advantage of lead capture systems is that they create a lead database, which you can use to follow up with potential clients. When a prospect reads your email, it should match the message that you are trying to convey. For instance, if you are offering a free newsletter, then you should send this newsletter out in the same way that you would other newsletters. If you send a newsletter to promote a product or service, then make sure that this newsletter includes information about this product or service, as well as any associated benefits.
