    Nuts and Seeds          

    With supporting the immune system, vitamin E takes a backseat to vitamin C. However, vitamin E is a sign of a healthy immune system. It’s a fat-soluble vitamin, meaning it needs fat to be adequately absorbed. Nuts and seeds are significant sources of vitamin E. Zinc. Another essential nutrient plays a central role in the immune system. Those that are horrible experience increased sensitivity to a variety of pathogens. You can find zinc in pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, and cashews. Brazil nuts are rich in zinc and also include selenium which is essential for an excellent immune response.

Plain yogurts are free of any additives, sugars, and artificial flavors that can reduce the overall quality of the food. The best approach to consume yogurt is plain or with rice, or you can drizzle some honey and include your favorite fruits in it.

    Green Leafy Vegetables

    Green leafy is a powerhouse of nutrition, rich in fiber, iron, and antioxidants. Choose from a wide variety like spinach, kale, broccoli drumstick (drumstick leaves), radish leaves, pumpkin leaves, fenugreek, etc.
